Asset Data and Systems Manager
£45,000 - £48,000 plus car allowance
South West

We are working with an Affordable Housing Provider in the South West of England who are looking to recruit an Asset Data and Systems Manager on a permanent basis.
The main purpose of the role is the management of asset data systems to enable the organisation to manage their stock portfolio in an efficient manner.
The role will include responsibility for Stock Condition and Project Management staff.
Key Tasks will include:
·Control and analysis of key property attributes, stock condition and other data to support the delivery of the Asset Management Strategy
·Management of various asset management systems and inspection procedures culminating in the production of accurate investment plans
·Obtaining stock condition and component renewal information
·Regularly reviewing and updating cost data schedules
·Develop and manage budgets within key operational areas, ensuring they are appropriate and that expenditure is kept within budget
The successful person will
·Hold a degree in a building related discipline or have an HND in Building
·Minimum 3 years project management experience
·Be a member of (or working towards membership of) RICS, CIOB or other recognised professional body
·Have comprehensive knowledge of maintaining and developing property asset databases comprising asset register stock condition data, energy data and compliance performance data
·Have comprehensive knowledge of business planning process, demonstrating a solid understanding of stock condition and planning
·Demonstrate a proven track record of managing and implementing improvements

A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this position
