Head of School Improvement
Salary: £120,000 - £130,000 per annum

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a head of school improvement within the primary phase to assist a trust on a permanent basis. Reporting to the CEO of the trust you will be responsible for leading and managing the Primary Services. Working with the SLT to develop services aimed at encouraging collaboration and support within school improvement.

The trust are looking to strengthen support for their increasing number of schools. This fantastic opportunity would enable a highly experienced education specialist to drive forward school improvement and shape all facets of their work in order to secure positive outcomes.

As a seasoned practitioner across Education, you will be able to provide an overarching knowledge of what good looks like having worked across a number of different educational settings with different focus areas and overseeing the function of large teams. Not only are results important, but the culture of the trust is pivotal in ensuring excellence through holistic practices.

As a key member of our senior leadership team that covers several schools, the successful applicant will play a crucial role in achieving brilliance, as Head of School Improvement, you will have a proven track record as a headteacher leading high rated schools, and extensive experience of School Improvement / raising standards with an in-depth knowledge of whole school curriculum predominantly across the primary phase.

The successful candidate will possess:

• Previous Headship experience (Executive Headship would be desirable)
• School Improvement knowledge
• Proven track record raising achievement
• Extensive Primary experience
• Specialised understanding of OFSTED frameworks
