Interim Senior Commissioning Manager for Adults - South East England - £400 to £500 per day Inside IR35

Four day a week working arrangement.

At home working available as well as flexible hours.

Immediate start.

Baltimore Consulting Group are currently working with an established local authority in the South East in their search for an experienced Local Government Commissioning professional to join their directorate on an interim basis for a minimum of 6 months.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Commissioning Manager with a track record of managing and developing junior teams to reach their full potential to achieve strategic targets.

As a Senior Commissioning Manager you will be working with Health and Social Care Partners in the planning and the delivery of service provider frameworks, writing outcome based service specifications, setting pricing schedules and building provider confidence through positive engagement and support.

Through this you will assist in the re-commissioning of services, writing policy and procedure documents and delivering high level reports to the Senior Management Team.

You would be reporting to the Senior Management Team at the council, leading on their Adults Learning Disabilities agenda working effectively with stake holders, service users, carers, clinical leads and providers.
